Pure crossing technique drill. Players cross with their stronger foot for 10 reps, then their weaker foot. Targets in the box (cones or zones) score points. Builds delivery quality through repetition.
• Plant foot beside the ball, knee bent
• Strike with the inside of the foot for whipped crosses, laces for driven
• Body lean determines flight: lean back = high, over the ball = low
• Pick the target before the run-up — not during
• Follow through toward the target
Progression: cross while moving, not from stationary. Compete: highest score wins, loser does 10 push-ups.
Regression: stationary cross only, larger target zones.
